Go here now – trading begins very soon.

Shares priced last night at $135. Here's a simple step-by-step for how the day plays out.

Step 1 — Check your allocation. If you requested shares, your broker should have notified you overnight or early this morning. Log into Fidelity, Schwab, Robinhood, SoFi, or E*Trade and look for the exact number of shares you received. Partial fills and zeroes are normal for a deal this oversubscribed.

Step 2 — Confirm your account is funded. Allocated shares are purchased automatically at the $135 IPO price. Usually, no action is needed if you're pre-funded.

Did you miss the IPO deadline? You can still get Pre-IPO shares.

Step 3 — Watch for the opening bell. Nasdaq typically hosts a ceremony at its Times Square MarketSite around 9:30am. Elon Musk I expected to ring the opening bell. CNBC, Bloomberg, and Nasdaq's stream will carry it live.

Step 4 — Don't expect a 9:30 trade. This trips up a lot of first-timers. Big Nasdaq debuts go through an opening auction — the "IPO cross" — where orders pile up to set a fair first price. For a deal this size, the first trade likely prints between 10:30am and noon ET.

Step 5 — Watch the opening print. Pent-up demand and a limited float can push the first trade well above $135. Expect sharp swings in both directions once continuous trading begins.

Step 6 — Decide before you act. If you're holding allocated shares, have a plan. Many brokers penalize "flipping" — selling within roughly 15 days — by cutting off future IPO access. If you have no allocation, you can buy on the open market once trading starts, likely at a premium.

Step 7 — Note settlement. Shares typically settle T+1 or T+2, around June 15–16. You can usually trade them today regardless.

One last note: emotional decisions are common on debut day. A calm plan is required.

You still have a couple hours left to secure your Pre-IPO stake.

Simply go here now – before it’s gone forever.
