Elon Musk’s SpaceX just acquired xAI for $250 billion. And it’s now planning to go public in a $1.5 trillion Initials Public Offering.
I’ve recently discovered a little-known backdoor that allows anyone to claim a stake right now. And I’m ready to show you how.
SpaceX IPO Frequently Asked Questions
My office has been getting a lot of emails about Space Exploration Technologies – better known simply as SpaceX. So, I want to take a minute to answer the biggest questions.
When is the Initial Public Offering expected?
Elon says he wants the company to go public before July 2026. My best estimate is that the company will start trading in June. That timeline aligns with the typical process for a company to go public.
What will be the valuation?
SpaceX recently acquired xAI in a private all-stock transaction. That deal valued xAI at $250 billion and SpaceX at $1 trillion. The combined value of the company is $1.25 trillion based upon that acquisition.
It’s estimated that SpaceX will go public with a valuation of around $1.5 trillion.
How much money will the company raise with the IPO?
It’s estimated that the company will raise $30 - $50 billion in equity. This would be the largest IPO in history.
Why is the company raising money and going public?
There are three primary initiatives that are extremely capital intensive. This includes 1) increasing the pace of Starship launches, 2) building AI datacenters in space, and 3) establishing a base on the moon.
What will be the ticker symbol?
A prediction market called Pollymarket says there’s an 83% chance that the ticker symbol is X. Alternative tickers could include SPAX or STAR. The stock will almost certainly be listed on Nasdaq. That’s the same exchange that trades Tesla and is home to the vast majority of technology stocks.
There’s still time to secure a stake in SpaceX before it goes public. And this could allow you to invest at a deep discount to the IPO.
