Today I’d like to share a major prediction.
Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) will invest at least $5 billion in the June 2026 SpaceX Initial Public Offering.
Right now, you can legally “front-run” the offering. And claim shares at a steep discount to the official IPO price.
Nvidia has already invested $53 billion in over 170 Artificial Intelligence startups in the last 5 years, according to Pitchbook. This includes some of the most well-known AI deals:
· OpenAI
· xAI
· Anthropic
· ScaleAI
· Mistral
· Databricks
· Perplexity AI
· Hugging Face
Let’s take a quick look at Nvidia’s investment in CoreWeave (NASDAQ: CRWV).
Nvidia invested in CoreWeave BEFORE it went public – acquiring a 5% - 6% ownership.
Additionally, Nvidia invested $250 million as an anchor investor in the CoreWeave IPO. This helped provide significant support during a period of uncertainty.
So, what does this mean for SpaceX?
CEO Jensen Huang is already closely aligned with Elon Musk. Nvidia invested $2 billion in xAI before it was acquired by SpaceX. And this means that Nvidia now owns shares of SpaceX.
Nvidia currently has $62 billion in cash on its balance sheet. The company could easily invest $5 billion – or 8% of its cash – into the SpaceX IPO. This would allow Nvidia to expand its ownership stake in the company.
Here’s the deal.
Today you can claim a stake in Elon’s next IPO – before it starts trading.
