My #1 quantum computing security stock is preparing to complete a final Pre-IPO financing. The deal could be completely oversubscribed and closed within a few days.
Quantum computing IPOs are already soaring 187%, 413% and even 1,332%. And that’s why you must act quickly – before shares start trading.
DeepSeek – China’s leading Artificial Intelligence company – is preparing to go public. And it could be the biggest AI IPO outside of the U.S.
Company: DeepSeek
Status: Private
IPO Date: filing expected late 2026 / early 2027
Exchange: Mainland China listing planned
Latest valuation: $71 billion
You may remember the name. In early 2025, this Chinese lab released an open-source AI model that matched the best from Silicon Valley — built with fewer chips and far less money. It briefly wiped out hundreds of billions in U.S. tech market cap and forced the industry to rethink how much AI really costs to build.
Now DeepSeek wants to bring that story to the public markets.
The company has started planning a mainland China IPO. Bloomberg reports it could file as soon as this year, with a debut targeted for 2027. It's working with banks and accountants and needs to finalize its financials by December.
There's a private raise happening first.
DeepSeek raised $7 billion at a $50 billion valuation in June. Tencent, CATL, and China's state AI fund all invested in the deal.

Today the company is talking with new investors and considering a final Pre-IPO financing. Rumors suggest the company aims to raise $1.4 billion at a $71 billion valuation.
Here's a figure that puts the momentum in perspective.
Founder Liang Wenfeng's net worth more than doubled after the last round — to roughly $36 billion. That ranks him ahead of Anthropic's Dario Amodei and OpenAI's Greg Brockman as the richest founder among AI entrepreneurs.
DeepSeek is racing to expand its data center capacity and possibly build its own chips — the same infrastructure arms race consuming every major AI lab right now. Most of the capital raised will go to fund compute.
A few things to keep in mind.
This is a Chinese listing, not a U.S. one. American investors won’t be able to buy shares in the IPO. Timing is still fluid, and it hinges on both market conditions and when the financials are ready.
DeepSeek's management has told investors it will prioritize research over near-term profit — pledging to keep its models open-source. An IPO will test whether an efficiency-first, open-source AI company can build something durable and profitable.
If it files, this would be one of the largest Chinese tech IPOs in years — and the first real public-market test of the AI trade outside the U.S.
I’ll be watching and waiting for the DeepSeek IPO.
Right now, I’m investing in a breakthrough quantum computing security Pre-IPO. It could be critical to securing banks, digital assets, medical records, and our nation’s infrastructure and defense systems from quantum computing threats.
The company is preparing to raise a FINAL round of funding – before going public.
