It’s just 9 days until the SpaceX IPO on June 12.
That means there’s a limited Pre-IPO window that is still open – if you act quickly.
Five other companies aren't waiting around. And each is targeting a valuation above $1 billion.
They're all going public this week — before SpaceX potentially soaks up all the attention and pulls in $75 billion with its IPO offering.
Here's what's scheduled for Thursday, June 4.
Innio (Nasdaq: INIO) is the biggest. The German gas-engine maker is selling 75 million shares at $24 to $27, which would raise about $1.9 billion at a roughly $19 billion valuation.
The hook is AI power demand. Innio sells equipment to data centers, and 61% of its order backlog now comes from those customers. The company earned $141.8 million last year.
Quantinuum (Nasdaq: QNT) is the one I'm watching most closely. Honeywell is carving out its quantum computing arm at a $14.2 billion valuation.
It raised its price range on Monday to $53–$55. That’s up from a previous range of $45 - $50 per share – suggesting an oversubscribed IPO. Quantinuum aims to raise $1.4 billion. Revenue grew 34% last year — but only to $30.9 million. The company lost $192.6 million in 2025.
That's a steep price for early revenue. Investors are betting on the quantum theme, with IBM and IonQ trading near highs.
The other three are smaller.
· Liftoff Mobile (Nasdaq: LFTO), a Blackstone-backed mobile ad software firm, is targeting $3.9 billion.
· Safepoint Holdings (NYSE: SFPT) is a Florida-focused property insurer at $1.2 billion.
· Sunshine Silver (NYSE: SSMR) is a development-stage miner at $2.3 billion.
A note on the backdrop: IPO count is down 21% this year, but the deals that do come to market are bigger. The 2026 class has raised $29.4 billion, up 150% from a year ago.
Innio and Quantinuum are this week’s most interesting IPOs. Of course, they may be ignored as investors look forward to next week’s SpaceX IPO.
Don’t wait for the IPO day.
Because you can still secure a Pre-IPO stake in SpaceX – at a significant discount to the expected $135 IPO price.
