Action Required: SpaceX could file for confidential IPO next week. That could set the stage for the company to go public in a deal worth more than $1.5 trillion.
Silicon Valley insiders are buying up shares right now – before it starts trading. And you can claim a stake at a big Pre-IPO discount.
I’m watching four new Initial Public Offerings this week.
Three of these deals are small cap companies valued at less than $1 billion. One of them is a major international fintech company that aims to go public with a $12 billion market capitalization.

PayPay is the big deal to watch this week.
PayPayPay is a fintech payments company based in Japan – serving more than 60% of the population. The company is expanding into South Korea and the United States.
The business is extremely profitable. In the last 9-months, PayPay generated revenues of $1.82 billion. Net income was impressive at $675 million.
Softbank is a major investor – with a +90% ownership stake in the company. This transaction will allow Softbank to profitably sell PayPay shares and free up capital for new investments in Artificial intelligence.
Here are the details.
· IPO Date: March 12, 2026
· Offering size: 55 million shares
· Price range: $17 to $20 per share.
· Potential proceeds: $1.1 billion
· Valuation: $12.5 billion
The performance of this IPO will serve as a barometer other fintech companies that are considering going public. It will also give us a sense of investor interest in new tech stocks more generally.
